The Third Annual Fun-Size Collectable Fighting Monsters Ultra Mega Super Keen Championship Tournament! Yes! Very important here! The events for the TAFSCFMUMSKCT are listed as below: 1) One-on-one combat, between two monsters and their trainers. Trainers may not participate directly, but they can use items and help a monster through combination techniques, and such. There are three rounds per team, with points awarded for wins and ties. 3 points per win, 1 point per tie Undefeated awards 10 points instead of 9. 2) Battle Royale, which is what happens when you throw a whole bunch of monsters together and have them duke it out. The longer a monster stands, the more points they get. Trainers can participate like in the one-on-one fights. Ten teams per Battle. 10 points awarded for last man standing, 9 for second-to-last, and so on. 3) Chef Battle. Trainers and monsters team up to create exciting dishes! Monsters are responsible for getting ingredients and understanding what the trainer needs, while the trainer is responsible for actually cooking the meal. The monster can aid in cooking, but the trainer cannot gather ingredients themselves. Monsters can and often do engage in combat while gathering ingredients. Points are awarded for presentation, originality, and taste. 5 points for taste, 2 on presentation, 2 on originality, and 1 is granted to the dish the judges think is best. 4) Dance Battle. An off-shoot from one year, the Dance Battle is still very popular among some enthusiasts. Basically, the trainer and the monster are given their selection of music to dance to and, well, dance. Judges award points on technique and originality. Given most trainers and monsters aren't very good dancers, most trainers are given at least a fair amount of points for attempting this event and making a fool of themselves. 5 points for effort, 3 for technique, and 2 for originality. 5) Obstacle Course. The trainer and monster must co-operate to navigate a 'dangerous' course of traps, obstacles, and obtrusions. This can include, but isn't limited to other monsters and their trainers! Ten trainers per obstacle course. Winner gets 10 points, last place gets 1, and so on. 6) Unknown Event. Just being introduced this year, one event is not publicly known yet. So nyah. :P Each event awards a maximum of 10 points, depending on degree of success. In the case of a tie at the end of all the events, those in the tie fight it out in a battle royale.
